Where the law requires us to ask first — the EU and EEA, the United Kingdom, and Quebec — FullStory and Google Analytics run only after you allow them. Elsewhere they run by default and you can turn them off at any time. Either way, change your choice via , which shows your current setting and lets you allow or decline analytics.
Marketing attribution
When you arrive from a link carrying campaign parameters (utm_source and friends, or an ad-platform click identifier) or from another site, we keep that referral information in your browser for up to 90 days and attach it to your account if you sign up. It tells us which of our own campaigns brought you here.
This is first-party data — it stays on our systems, is never shared with an advertising network, and is not used to personalize ads or build a profile of you across other sites. It is covered by the same choice as the analytics above: declining stops it, and withdrawing later deletes the referral information already attached to your account. Clearing your browser storage removes it too.
